btw God/Jesus is not sitting up there with a stick waiting to hit us because we make a mistake and choose something other than him - AKA sin -
he's busy drawing us to himself, loving us into the goodness that he is, wooing us into the vast love that leaves no other desire capable of pulling us away from him
